Upon successful approval, you can expect to receive an email containing the gift redemption details within 90 to 120 days after submitting the Rewards Redemption Form or meeting the promotion eligibility requirements, whichever is later.
If it has been more than 60 days and you haven't received the email, please review the following:
- Ensure that you have applied for the promotion following the specified terms and conditions.
- Verify that you’ve applied through SingSaver, and your last click before reaching the product application form was through a SingSaver channel, via “Apply Now” buttons via our website’s credit card results pages, our blog articles, or via an advertisement.
- Complete all required steps within the designated timelines, which typically include applying during the promotion period, submitting the Rewards Redemption Form within 14 days of card application, and meeting the credit card approval and payment deadlines stated in the terms and conditions.
- Confirm that there have been no cancellations before collecting the gift.
- Activate your credit card and fulfil the minimum spending requirement within XX months following card approval where applicable, based on the promotion's terms.
- Double-check that the application reference number/policy number is correctly entered.
- Also, remember to inspect your spam, promotions, or junk folders, as our email might have been misclassified.
