Frequently asked questions
#1: Why can't my NUS card qualify for a UNiDAYS account?
UNiDAYs and NUS are two different companies with different criteria. As a result, UNiDAYS does not accept NUS cards for account verification as NUS as entity, provides special services to members of academic staff, graduates, trainees, and other none students. Hence, student status cannot be guaranteed simply via an NUS card.
#2: How will I know if I qualified for UNiDAYS?
All university students (above 16 years old) with a valid personal institution email address or credit card style student ID will qualify for a UNiDAYS account.
#3: Can I get a UNiDAYS account if I'm a homeschooled teacher or student?
Unfortunately, that's not possible. UNiDAYS requires affiliation to an educational institution to verify one's academic status.
#4: I'm having trouble accessing Apple Education store discount. What do I do?
Please refresh the Apple in Education website and try again. Please also ensure that you are logged into your UNiDAYS account to access the website. All prices displayed are already inclusive of the Apple student discount.
#5: I'm a parent/guardian of an eligible student, can I purchase on their behalf?
Yes, parents of eligible students can make payment on behalf of their children. However, you'll need your child to verify through UNiDAYS in order to finalise the transaction.
