What is the Rewards Redemption Form?

This Rewards Redemption Form requires you to provide your application reference number or policy number so that we may verify your application for rewards fulfillment.

The form is an electronic form that is sent to your email address when you register for a credit card or other product through SingSaver.com.sg.

For us to verify rewards eligibility with banks, insurance companies or financial product providers, they must be completed with accurate information and submitted to SingSaver within one business day after you complete your financial product application (e.g., credit card application).

Here's what we'll need from you via the form:

Email address
Name (as per NRIC) 
Application reference number or policy number

You might not have received the Rewards Redemption Email for the following reasons:

  1. The email was redirected to your spam or junk folder by mistake
    If this happens, please check your spam or junk folder.

  2. You may have clicked the "Skip Rewards" button without entering your email address
    If this happens, you won't be eligible for any of our rewards.

  3. You applied on a different website
    In this case, we regret to inform you that only applications made through the promotional sites specified in the promotion terms and conditions are eligible for the promotion.

  4. You have submitted a different email address on the rewards registration page (sample below)
    If this is the case, please check your Rewards Redemption Email in that email.

  5. Your email address could not be submitted on the rewards registration page
