Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay is holding a special National Day Celebration promotion going at S$850 per night.
The package includes a guaranteed stay at the property’s Signature Marina Bay View Room and includes a specially curated range of exclusive celebratory amenities.
The room is favoured for its full-length windows and private balcony from which you can savour the iconic Marina Bay Skyline. Also, the property is about as close as you can get to the fireworks on the day, without actually going to the parade.
There’s also a marble-clad bathroom – complete with a deep-soaking bathtub - to enjoy your National Day staycation in luxury.
5. The Fullerton Bay Hotel
Rates: From S$723 per night

If you want a hotel that offers the closest view of the NDP fireworks, The Fullerton Bay Hotel will be a satisfying choice.
The luxury, high-end hotel doesn't come cheap – especially its Bay View rooms (from S$1,683 per night) that offer the best experience for enjoying the fireworks display in the comfort of your own room – but frankly, there are worse ways to spend that kind of money.
Luckily, the hotel’s at-the-water’s-edge location also means there are plenty of great alternative spots from which to watch the fireworks. The two restaurants and one bar are all oriented to face the Marina Bay waterfront.
As such, booking a lower-rate room for your staycay, and reserving a table to watch the show on the day is also a viable option.
6. Mandarin Oriental
Rates: From S$675
Best room for fireworks: Marina Bay View room or suite
Location: 5 Raffles Avenue, Marina Square, Singapore 039797
Contact: Email: mosin-reservations@mohg.com | Tel: +65 6338 0066
Website
The venerable Mandarin Oriental remains one of the top hotels in the Marina Bay area, but securing a room for a National Day fireworks staycation may be difficult.
Due to the property’s orientation, the hotel offers mainly city views (looking towards the downtown core). Marina Bay is in the opposite direction, and rooms offering unhindered views of the fireworks show are thus quite rare, with demand heating up during National Day.
However, if you’re willing to splurge, you can opt for the higher-rate rooms, such as the Club Marina Bay Room (S$1,235 per night) to catch the NDP fireworks in splendour.
Besides exclusive club access, paying more buys you a room on the higher floors of the property, which means even more spectacular and thrilling views.
Otherwise, you know the drill: Book a lower-rate room, and enjoy the fireworks show from elsewhere in the hotel. We hear the hotel’s MO Bar is a popular choice.
7. Marina Bay Sands
Rates: From S$749
Best room for fireworks: Any room with a Harbour View
Location: 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956
Contact: Email: room.reservations@marinabaysands.com | Tel: +65 6688 8888
Website
And of course, this list wouldn’t be complete without Marina Bay Sands.
Essentially, you can get great views of the NDP fireworks from several locations on the property.
Rooms with Harbour Views – found on the 40th floor and up – are your best options, if you can secure a booking that is. Otherwise, you can book any other room, and make your way to the infinity pool, and the sky bar located on the top floor to view the show.
Marina Bay Sands remains hugely popular even after so many years, so be prepared to mingle. Its rooms are expensive even during normal times, but sipping a cocktail while lounging by the pool as the fireworks go off overhead is a truly worthy bucket list experience.
