Next BTO Sale Launch: November 2017
The next BTO sale launch has been announced. Taking place sometime in November, the latest sale will see over 4,800 new units being put on the market.
A total of 4 locations have been earmarked - 2 in non-mature towns Punggol and Sengkang, and 2 in mature estates Geylang and Tampines.
Punggol Way
Punggol Way will receive a tranche of approximately 390 new HDB units as part of the November sale launch.
About The Flats
The site is located at the junction of Punggol Way and Punggol 17th Avenue (aka Northshore Walk), and is served by two LRT statons - Samudera (PW4) and Nibong (PW5).
The most interesting feature of this batch of flats is their close proximity to the Marina Country Club. If you or your family loves watersports or the sea in general, it might be worthwhile applying for a new flat here.
There will be 2 types of flats offered in this location: 4-room and 5-room flats.
