Usher in the Year of the Rabbit with this medley of mouth-watering CNY set menus from Peach Blossom at Parkroyal Marina Bay. Created to celebrate Cantonese fine dining, each of the seven set menus serves up six to eight satisfying courses.

Long-time purveyor of fine Chinese cuisine Yan Restaurant is back with another run of its popular Lunar New Year Set Menus. This time, there are six different menus to choose from, including a customary all-vegetarian set menu (S$128++ per pax).
Prices for the regular menus range from S$138++ per pax to S$268++ per pax, with the restaurant trotting out more costly items the further up you go.
Splurge for the costliest Golden Treasures menu and you’ll be getting lobster, abalone, double-boiled chicken soup, steamed soon hock (marble goby) with Minced Garlic and Mandarin Orange Peel, on top of the Prosperity Yellow Tail Fish Yusheng to kickstart your celebratory feast.
Do note that most of the set menus are made for five to eight diners. For smaller dining parties of two to four, choose from six-course Fortune Feast - featuring bird's nest and whole abalone - or the eight-course Bountiful Blessings.

It’s amazing that we have no lack of courageous chefs willing to push the frontiers of traditional cuisine to come up with something wholly new and exciting. One such chef is Jereme Leung, who is known for his creative and playful take in the kitchen.
A great way to sample his culinary skills is through the Lunar New Year set menus, each featuring inventive interpretations of classical Chinese festive dishes.
Take, for example, the Prosperity Yu Sheng (Opulence Set) - with abalone and Spanish ibérico ham and honey melon, all drizzled with the restaurant’s signature Yunnan Rose dressing - an atypical version of the popular dish that will no doubt leave an impression.

The underrated Lime restaurant at Parkroyal Collection Pickering has put forth a Lunar New Year takeaway and delivery menu with a curated list of festive dishes, snacks, and desserts.

The restaurant’s audacious creation of Fugu Yu Sheng is an exciting way to take a daring leap into the Year of the Rabbit.
