How to complete your application and submit your Rewards Redemption Form

Be sure you complete all the following steps so that everything goes smoothly for your rewards collection.

After clicking on ‘Apply Now’ on our challenge page, you will be prompted to enter your email address. Be sure to enter this correctly because we’ll be emailing you the Rewards Redemption Form!

Complete and submit your credit card application to the bank. The SingSaver welcome gift will be awarded once your application has been approved.

Check your inbox. You should have received an email with a link to your Rewards Redemption Form:

Very important – make sure you fill in the correct Application Reference No. so that we can match you to the correct rewards! Here is how to find your Application Reference No.

Be sure you submit the form within 14 days of your credit card application.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you submit your Rewards Application Form. It looks something like this:
